We do love smartphones, they’re beautiful, functional and smart. But sometimes they’re just too smart therefore inappropriate for the elders and the kids, you know, it can be difficult for them to use a smartphone, and it might also cause some extra cost or might bring inappropriate informations. So we do need a simple phone for them, simple but useful. and here is comes the almost disposable phone, Motorola C139.

But it does have a color screen and support basic modern-day cell phone functions. So why should you care about the C139? It’s dirt cheap. It has a retail price of $55.99 but can be found on eBay for as low as $19.99 plus shipping. At that price, it’s almost cheap enough for it to be the world’s first disposable phone? To some extent we all want to be notice, and what’s more eye-catching than a blinged phone? Well, decorating phones has been kinda a hobby of every girl, and since we all love Swarovski crystal which in fact is really bling, so how about getting the Swarovski Crystal Faceplates to add some affordable bling to your phone?
We’ve seen Swarovski crystals show up on cell phones in many incarnations, but mostly there were only two ways to get your phone all jazzed up. Either you had to send your phone in to a place it to have it customized with bling – and that would cost you a few hundred easily, or you have to apply stickers covered in crystals to it – and that is no pleasant task. Let’s Crystal it and Fashion Cell Phone shop offer the most convenient way to add a beautiful crystal motif to your cell phone – with faceplates.
The face plates are affordable and retail for an average $39.99. They have a wide selection of faceplates including ones for the iPhone, Razr, ipods, the Sidekick and many other popular phones and devices.
Well, I think this is really cool, and since this is removable, you can always choose to bling or not, and in anyway having a choice is better.

Smartphones are always nice, but never nice enough for us users. The truth is we really can’t find a perfect phone, simply because ‘perfect’ is really too much to ask for a smartphone, or for anything else, so let’s just see what choice do we have right now. Giving credit to Motorola, as they always come up with some real nice phones, this new push-to-talk phone is really worth worth your time to check out.
The CTIA 2010 kicked off weeks before in Las Vegas and this early Motorola is announcing its latest Android phone with a rather unusual look and features. The Motorola i1 is the first iDEN device that carries the features of most smartphones today thanks to the Android OS running on it. Some of these smartphone features include – a 3.1 inch touch screen, Wi-Fi, optimized browsing experience, Opera Mini 5 browser, access to thousands of Android apps from the Android Marketplace and of course push-to-talk feature. Motorola is releasing the i1 ruggedized phone to Sprint anytime this summer.
The Motorola i1 boasts of a solid body construction that passed military specs for protecting against dust, shock, vibration and blowing rain. It was designed for users who sport a rugged lifestyle and working environment. The phone automatically syncs and integrates with office and personal information including your emails, calendar appointments and contacts. It also syncs with Microsoft Document Viewer and corporate synch for Word or Powerpoint files.
The phone also features both Android standard virtual keyboard and Swype virtual keyboards offering you a easy time when composing messages. It’s high 5 megapixel camera has flash, geo-tagging and panoramic features – providing your with crips photos and clear displays perfectly suited for its vibrant 3.1-inch HVGA screen. The phone also comes with a microSD card and the latest Opera Mini 5 browser that provide quick internet browsing on Nextel Network and Wi-Fi. Plus, the phone is Flash 8-enabled as well, thanks to the Android browser.
The Motorola i1 is slated for release this summer under various Sprint data plans including the Sprint Everything Data 450 plan with Any Mobile, AnytimeSM for only $69.99 per month, and the Sprint Business Advantage Messaging and Data PlanSM starting at $59.99 per month.
Well, how do you think of this smartphone? Cute look, nice features, I think this is a smartphone I really want to get my hands on when this summer comes!

I mentioned it before that the world’s most popular smartphone company-Apple suited world’s No.1 smartphone manufacture-HTC, and we’re sure that this is going to be a very long fight. So people just start to think, why this lawsuit happens now and what for? And whenever there is a question, there will be someone to answer it. So here’s the voice of Fortune.
Fortune just quoted Oppenheimer’s Yair Reiner, who thinks Apple’s patent infringement suit against Google Android and Microsoft Windows Phone manufacturer HTC was a warning shot meant to disrupt competitors’ roadmaps: ”Starting in January, Apple launched a series of C-Level discussions with tier-1 handset makers to underscore its growing displeasure at seeing its iPhone-related IP [intellectual property] infringed. The lawsuit filed against HTC thus appears to be Apple’s way of putting a public, lawyered-up exclamation point on a series of blunt conversations that have been occurring behind closed doors.
Our checks also suggest that these warning shots are meaningfully disrupting the development roadmaps for would-be iPhone killers. Rival software and hardware teams are going back to the drawing board to look for work-arounds. Lawyers are redoubling efforts to gauge potential defensive and offensive responses. And strategy teams are working to chart OS strategies that are better hedged.”
And will they make it? Let’s just see what have already changed: “Top-tier handset makers continued to avoid implementing multi-touch, but Apple could safely assume that they were hanging back to gauge Apple’s response to Motorola and HTC. If there wasn’t one, the OEMs would likely read the silence as a green light, especially after Google also moved to enable multi-touch on its Nexus One phone.
It was likely in order to counter that perception that Apple began reaching out to handset OEMs in January and explaining in no uncertain terms that it was now ready to do battle–and not just on multi-touch. It was ready to press its case along a number of axes that had made the iPhone experience unique, from the interpretation of touch gestures, to object-oriented OS design, to the nuts and bolts of how hardware elements were built and configured.”
By now, he believes it’s working, and might end up driving people away from Android and… towards Windows Phone. Yeah, nice, but there’s something I have to say: Windows and Microsoft may in the end be more of a difficult opponent than Google and Android. So is this lawsuit really important, or is this the right thing to do for Apple?

Yes, we’ve discussed pretty much about smartphones here, and here’s another one from Motorola. Very much like the others we’ve talked here before, it has a big touchscreen, the functions are pretty much alike too, and the difference can only be seen when we actually get our hands on. So, just view the previews!
The cellphone industry today is a little weird to me, looks like every company is trying to throw out a statement by making alike phones. As we all can see, Motorola is really going all out in producing more Android devices around the world. At the ongoing Mobile Web Congress, Motorola has just announced it latest Android-powered device called the Motorola QUENCH with MOTOBLUR. Well, to date the Motorola Quench is the eighth Android device from Motorola and it boasts of a sleek touch-screen design, with pinch and zoom navigation and a front-facing centrally-located touch pad.
The Motorola Quench also supports Adobe Flash lite complementing its 3.1-inch high-resolution touchscreen display, which means the internet surfing will be more enjoyable. It also provides full syncing support of contacts, post, messages, photos and more from your social networking services such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and work and personal email as well as last. Updates from these services are automatically delivered to the phone’s home screen.
Another exciting feature of the Motorola Quench is the Swype technology which makes it easier to enter text messages, allowing you to reply to text messages quickly. As we’ve been told, the faster the better! And with MOTOBLUR, the Motorola Quench keeps happenings, messages, news feeds and more readily available for browsing and responding on its customizable home screen. The phone’s contact information such as email addresses, profile pictures and phone numbers are automatically synced whenever you change them online. Other features of the Motorola Quench include – a connected media player, music search feature, streaming FM radio, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, voice-activated search, access to the Android market, 3G, Wi-Fi, aGPS, and stereo Bluetooth1.
The Motorola QUENCH is slated for a first quarter 2010 release worldwide. It will be called the Motorola CLIQ XT in the U.S. under T-Mobile. Well, this is what I’ve got so far, sounds like a nice phone to come. And personally, it looks like a nice phone too, I like these round corners and the smaller size, looks kinda cute, I think it’s a more suitable phone for girls. Anyway, we’ll still have to wait…

Yes, luxury again. What would we do without it? What would life be like without it? I don’t know and I can’t assume, all I can say is that life would be more stainless, painless and on the other hand boring. Anyway, where to pick up our topics when luxury’s gone?!
Peter Aloisson, the luxury accessories maker who earlier enthralled us with his $1.3 million Diamond Crypto Smartphone, and diamond-encrusted Motorola KRZR models has now designed one for rappers, hip-hop artists and WWF wrestlers (now, that ’s our way of criticizing this over-blinged Gold version). This Motorola V3i – Stainless Steel Gold is studded with 855 diamonds weighing a total of 3.8 carats. The Gold Motorola V3i sells for £5000 or approx. $10,000.
Well, we don’t want it to be smart, we don’t want it to be graceful, we don’t want it to be beautiful…we just want it to be ‘RICH’! Good Luck, you rich folks!
