We kinda all love Google for some different reasons maybe, and as time passes by Google has long proved himself worth your love by offering many Google products while still offering the world’s best search engine (at least so far). And Google Map is definitely one of the most important Google products, for it’s really truly useful. And for Android phone users Google Maps Navigation is even more awesome than the Google Map, you basically can’t get lost with this little app loaded on your phone! And now comes the good news that the Google Maps Navigation is coming to iPhone for free!
Maybe free Google Maps Navigation for iPhone is what Steve Jobs and Eric Schmidt were confabbing about over quinti-venti-lattes? Okay, maybe not but as part of the UK Google Maps Navigation roll out, they did once again say the envy-worthy, currently Android-only service would indeed be coming to the iPhone.
Well, it’s jusr they still haven’t said when.
Fella, we’ve got this huge iPhone OS 4 update coming this summer, how about then? Well, we don’t know, but at least there’s hope…

While Opera is a nice web browser on PC, Opera Mini is a even better mobile browser on smartphones, and it has been a pity for long that this wonderful mobile browser had no such version for iPhone/iPod Touch users. However now the Opera Mini app finally approved for the Apple AppStore.
Opera today announced its popular mobile browser, Opera Mini has been approved for iPhone and iPod touch on the App Store. Opera Mini will be available as a free download within 24 hours, depending on market.
Opera Mini, with more than 50 million users worldwide, enables fast mobile Web browsing by compressing data by up to 90 percent before sending content to the device, resulting in significantly improved page loading. Users of the app will notice an uptake in speed, especially on slower networks such as the 2G Edge network. Surfing the Internet with the Opera Mini App on iPhone and iPod touch will also help users save money because of its data compression capabilities. This will hold especially true while the user is incurring roaming charges.
“We are delighted to offer iPhone and iPod touch users a great browsing experience with the Opera Mini App,” said Lars Boilesen, CEO, Opera Software. “This app is another step toward Opera’s goal of bringing the Web to more people in more places.”
The Opera Mini App is available now for free from the App Store on iPhone and iPod touch. Great news for iPhone/iPod Touch users, anyone waiting for this?
As I enjoyed Opera on my laptop and the Opera Mini on my blackberry, I believe this remarkable mobile browser do will work great on your iPhone/iPod Touch! So let’s me know your idea of this.

One big advantage about have smartphones is that they can help you schedule your time, since we all have busy days nowadays and we all have something that we’ve planned to do, or something we really don’t want to forget about, so this feature of smartphones can be really useful and sweet as well!
Among all those task manager apps out there, Today Todo Pro is quite a nice one that keeps beautiful and functional. It has a bit of an awkward title, but it’s definitely one of the most interesting and unique task managers to hit the App Store thus far. After all, what other apps let you move from today to yesterday by literally swiping the noon day sun off of the screen?
Today ToDo Pro (or TTP from here on out) actually features a very simple interface, but it’s so different than anything else out there that it can take a little while to get used to. The categories (lists) are hidden in a pull-down menu at the top of the screen. Lists are divided into default and Someday tasks by default, but you can add your own categories at any time.
New tasks are created by tilting the device into landscape mode, and dates are picked by using a sliding bar instead of the (inferior) Apple date picker. You can also set the priority of a task by simply swiping along the top-right side of the screen. TTP features one of the best “new task” dialogues I’ve ever seen — every bit as good as the famous 2Do’s, if not better. The settings for new tasks are re-saved every time you bring the new task dialogue up, and it’s very easy to enter multiple tasks into one list because the dialogue box doesn’t go away until you tilt back to portrait (or press cancel).
Tasks are displayed on the main portion of the screen and are completed by simply ticking off the circle on the left side (or via swipe-to-delete, if you’re feeling vicious). Ticking tasks off works well enough, but it somehow feels like it’s missing something. Completed tasks simply throw themselves to the bottom of the list without any extra animation, and it can actually be a little too easy to “complete” the wrong task, or “complete” a task without meaning to.
Due dates for new tasks are set to the current date by default, but as you use TTP you’ll likely see tasks on one of the four metaphoric “day” screens: yesterday (previous or overdue tasks), today, tomorrow (future tasks), and Someday (tasks without a due date). Switching between these views is as simple as swiping left or right on the sun or moon at the top of the screen. It’s an idea that sounds great on paper, and works out very well in practice as well.
This little cute app can be really helpful when you want to schedule your time, and make some really nice plan. And you’ll be really pleased to use such a sunny apps on your iPhone. You can get it at Apple app store now.

With so many different apps going on iPhone, inevitably some quite pointless ones comes out too as a result. And there’re far more boring ones out there, yet I picked this one, cause I find myself kinda like it, yes, it’s pointless and kind of babbittry, but some sort of funny and cute too! Well, just let it speak for itself.
The Witty Kitty iPhone app cat makes puns when you stroke it. As pointless apps go, this is the sort of pointless app that will appeal to people who like cats, and puns. And by the way, that would be me then. Witty Kitty is an app that lets you stroke a (virtual) cat while it writhes around and makes cat-based puns every so often. You have to stroke him the right way to get a pun out of him. Though the stroking is a little jerky on the whole it is quite a therapeutic app.
I have to say that the puns are pretty bad: “Are you of the Kitty-Loving Purrsuasion” is one. I know they’re meant to be bad, and I’ve made many bad jokes in my time sure, but more lols please. It is still far from the raw grumpy genius of a good lolcat.
Still, nice try, we do love fun, and we just hope this fun will go much further and more real fun! Try that, if you’re like me, love cats, love puns…lol

We all love games, one best part about smartphones is so that we can play much more interesting games on phones. And most importantly it’s extendable, always fun new games coming in the way! And here’s one really nice little game, Plants vs. Zombies!
The game has been popular on Windows and Mac for quite a while, and you might already have had lots of fun with your PC by now. Plants vs. Zombies is a super fun Tower-Defense style game made by PopCap, also know as a very hit casual game. A mob of fun-loving zombies is about to invade your home, and your only defense is an arsenal of 49 zombie-zapping plants. Use peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs and more to mulchify 26 types of zombies before they can reach your front door.
Each zombie has its own special skills, so you’ll need to think fast and plant faster to combat them all. But be careful how you use your limited supply of greens and seeds… as you battle the fun-dead, obstacles like a setting sun, creeping fog and a swimming pool are added to the challenge. And with five game modes to dig into, the fun never dies!
And personally, I really love the cartoonish graphics, looks very clean and fun! And the most exciting part about this game on iPhone is really the fun of playing the game on a touchscreen, faster and more visually, totally beats the mouse game play! The game fits perfectly on iPhone, easy yet challenging, really entertaining! This is a very, very good game in a fairly crowded category. And the cost is $3, definitely worth it.

I know Kindle does its job quite greatly, and I know reading on Kindle is much better than on a phone, but I just don’t want to carry all these devices with me, it’s kind of boring and sometimes just too heavy or just not enough room! So here I am, introducing you the one one eBook reader that is good enough to put the real books down! Well, maybe not absolutely down, I had to admit that I do enjoy reading real books much more, it’s just not very convenient!
Classics is not new, and though it’s good.It looks great, feels great and retains as much authenticity of the books as possible on a small screen. The page turn animation even supported by a sound effect. You can almost smell the old paper, admittedly, the paper-like display is something I enjoyed a lot. I read The New York Times on the small screen for the last few weeks instead of a laptop and I must say it is convenient. I do not miss a larger screen and it doesn’t put a strain on my eyes or brain.
And here’s the thing: This week, Apple introduced a service called iBooks for the iPad. The interface looks very, very similar to Classics’, which is odd, since Classics has been out for months. Credit where credit’s due, I say! The Classics guys have reduced the app’s price to $0 for the time being, to make it abundantly clear who came first, and to make their plight known, or something. So, enjoy! At least try, it won’t let you down!

Always busy working, we really want to chat with our friends whenever we had time, that’s possibly one main reason that makes us buy a smartphone. We want to communicate free, so if you have been searching for a nice instant messaging client, we have good news for you — eBuddy Pro is quite a solid performer. For the price, $4.99 is quite reasonable for such a respectable instant messaging client!
Here’re some awesome features of eBuddy Pro: 1.Push notifications; 2.All your friends in one buddy list; 3.Send pictures to friends; 4.No ads; 5.Receive message alerts & typing notifications; 6.Supports chat for AIM, GTalk, Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo, MSN and ICQ. Pretty much enough for daily use! And I personally have been using this application for about a week now and can honestly say I enjoy using it more than the bigger name IM apps but this does not mean there is no room for improvement. The start up time is just too darn slow but we’ve been assured by the developer this is being worked on for a future update. If you want to give eBuddy a try for before you buy, you can always take the free version for a spin. Just keep in mind you will be without some of the great features present in the Pro version.
Well, enjoy chatting!

When is the time we love our iPhone the most? When we’re on the way, walking! We use it to kill time, surfing the internet, checking on twitter, or simply SMS our friends, in order to do which we’ll have to stick our eyes on the screen, and that’s the problem, we may run into a pole or a tree face-first! Ouch…that really hurts. However now we have the solution for you, Type n Walk is a new iPhone app that lets you see what’s in front of you while typing and walking.
It displays a transparent viewport of what’s directly in front of you. This combined with your peripheral vision is just enough visual information to help you avoid obstacles — like walking face-first into a tree! Despite the name, Type n Walk is useful while you’re sitting or standing too. Use it anytime you would like to keep an eye on your surroundings while you type. Type n Walk was designed to work with your favorite apps — not try to replace them. Use it to compose your email, text message, status update, or tweet and paste it into your target app (or the browser) to send. In fact, Type n Walk works with any app that accepts copy and paste and any website that works correctly in Mobile Safari.
So basically, it can make your iPhone safer for you to use, especially on the road. I guess most of us would want to give it a try, to keep away from unnecessary harms! And let me know if it do works.

Joys shared with others are more enjoyed. We love to share happiness, joys, life with friends and family, on some occasions even with strangers. But sharing has always been a tricky thing, you always need to find connections to do it. Now here comes the easiest way, just bump your iPhones together, then start sharing!
Bump is a quick and easy way to connect two phones by simply bumping them together. Exchange your phone number, photos, or compare friends with just a bump. It is a tool that has clearly been devised with the intention to let you save time, Bump will let any person share data by simply placing his mobile next to another that also has the pertinent application installed. Hence the name of the app, and the site’s tagline: “Bump makes connecting as simple as bumping two phones together”. The data that can be shared like this is virtually limitless, as you can distribute not only video and images in such a fashion but also use the app to compare and corroborate information such as phone numbers, email addresses and so on. As an application, both those who have an iPhone and a Blackberry or Android phone can give it a try. The download links are prominently displayed on the main page, and it is important to stress that the application is procurable at no cost whatsoever.
Get it and start bumping and sharing, start making great joys flying in the air!
